Tonight Gunnar and I got to enjoy a special date night, while Gates was away at a sleepover. Yes I know it's Sunday, but Gates doesn't have school because of Presidents Day, but Gunnar does:( She and I enjoyed catching up on some episodes of the Bachelor we had missed. We DVR them so we can go back and watch on our own time. We ate extra cheddar Goldfish, drank orange soda and chatted like girls!! I love one on one time with my kiddos. Gunnar and I don't get it enough, because she is at the age of "MEHOOD" that is somewhere in between kid, preteen and adulthood:) We both agreed we need to do "mom/daughter" time more often!!!
