PARTY TIME!!

Nov 1st, Saturday was the birthday bash.. Gates woke up roaring and ready to go. You can only imagine what theme we went with----can you say BASEBALL again and again and again. We made ball dogs(hot dogs), took a big pot of chili, chips, carrots and ranch, apples and dip, and a huge baseball cupcake. Todd was in charge of the baseball game. Dads and kids played a little ball while the moms cheered for their big and little sluggers. So cute those little ball players were. Gates had a fantastic time, as did everyone, I think. The hot dogs were a hit and the cake was a grand slam---YUMMO! Everyone was excited to watch as Gates opened his many, many gifts.. He was overwhelmed with goodies. Shark books, playdough, soccer ball and goal, basketball and blow up hoop, batman, aquaman, a movie, a shirt, and a really cool Mickey Mouse that actaully was from Disney(thanks to the Savinos for thinking of him on your trip). I think his favorite gift came from his big sis though, it was a Harley Davidson scooter. So stinkin cute. It makes noise, and has lights and blinkers. The day was awesome--perfect weather, perfect crowd and a perfect time.
