What a great birthday I've had. My sweet hubby called me to give me my first birthday wish of the day(he's in Michigan at the meet). Then my little Gunnar brought me the most special birthday card ever--she made and it has lots of BLING on it!! Just what a girl loves. We just hung out this morning, then we headed to see Hotel for Dogs--so cute. We took the Walter kiddos with us and made a great day of it. It was so cute Savana ask me "are you sure you really want to take all of us to a movie on YOUR birthday?" I replied with "I couldn't imagine a better way to spend the day". And I meant that. Who wouldn't want to spend their birthday with 5 kids ages 3 to 7? It was great--we had a really fun time. Until we lost Elijah--another story in itself, but thankfully we found him and returned him home safely:)
And to top the whole day off my wonderful girl friends treated me to dinner and a movie. I am sooooo blessed to have such great friends. They sure know how to treat a birthday girl!! We saw Bride Wars and it was hilarious--and I'm so embarrassed to say I shed a wee little tear.. But I will shout loudly that I heard Tiffany sniffling in the dark!! Of course now that I'm home Gates is snoozing in my bed and 4 sweet girls are snuggled up in Gunnars room. Hey, I thought it was my birthday--I should be the one having the sleepover. Oh well, maybe next year! Thanks to my ever so thoughtful, and wonderful friends, and my dear hubby and my precious kiddos for making another birthday super special..And thanks to all my friend and family for all my birthday phone calls, cards and love. Love to you all, you all keep me young at heart:o)
