Happy Valentines Day

Today is Valentines and I woke up with two of my favorite people beside me---Gunnar and Gates.. Todd unfortunately got the boot last night. He didn't get home until late so our request to him was to sleep on the couch!! Well, not really, but we did leave him a note to please sleep in Gunnars room. They enjoy having a night with mom every now and then and I love it too. We all snuggled up and watched a little TV until they both fell asleep. To be honest I didn't even hear Todd come in last night--he was busy after his meet, setting up for the meet that was to take place all weekend.. UGH!! I did however smell the aroma of his smokey cigar slipping through my window at about 1am, as he sat on the deck trying to unwind--after a wonderful win against UNC AGAIN!!!!!!! YEEHAW! The gymnastic team is definitely coming back after a bit of a rocky start. We've won our last two home meets. Todd will be away for the next four weeks--WHEW-- that means lots of kid time for me YIKES. Nah, we will be fine I just have to keep them moving and we will all survive. So as for today, Valentines Day I'm sitting alone doing what I want to do as the kids are at NC State having hopefully a wonder full daddy day. I'm loving every minute of my quiet time. I wish I could stop thinking of all the things that need to be done! Until next time....... happy hearts to all!!!
